Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nix@barawoodshaping.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 143 Madison St. Eugene OR 97402
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives with obvious damage to the outside of the box, please have the driver note the damage and take pictures of all four sides of the box PRIOR TO OPENING.
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that your order sustained damage, contact us within 48 hours for immediate resolution.
Any damage reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
We work to a tolerance of 1/16'' on all of our products. Any variations within this tolerance will not be considered a defect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nix@barawoodshaping.com.
We aim to replace any defective item as described above within 7 - 15 working days after notification is received. If we are unable for any reason to offer replacement goods we shall collect the item and provide you with a full refund. It is the artists responsibility to do their due diligence to insure the items are suitable to their needs prior to order placement. We can only offer advice on the project at the time of order placement, but BARA will not be held responsible for misuse, or misinformation on topics unrelated to the production of BARA art panels.
Disclaimer: Wood is a natural material and when exposed to extreme adverse conditions or unstable environments is liable to compromise both in the construction and material properties. We are extremely confident in our products quality and its resistance to warping, but we cannot guarantee that wood will never warp under certain extreme conditions. We can only advise on how to best resist warping. Also, wood will always contain slight natural inconsistencies (grain, knots, color etc), although we strive to keep these to a minimum by using premium grade materials.
